Pipistrelles for jaggedart summer show ‘Blazing’

the place hained by trees

till the air seemed to quicken,

 

and the bats were a single

edgy intelligence, testing an idea

for a new form,

which unfolded, cohered…”

 

Pipistrelles (i): elm and ivory, 105cm high x 66cm wide

Pipistrelles (ii): elm, 62cm high x 80cm wide

Pipistrelles (iii): oak and mahogany with papier collé, 34cm high x 35cm wide
